When I meet with business owners, I sometimes hear them say, "Our employees frequently demand improvements in their treatment, and I'm often troubled because it takes a lot of time to address these requests." In other words, there is no clear endpoint to these demands. Are these requests for improved treatment from employees unreasonable and selfish?
